  3. My weight has stalled for the last 2 weeks. Kind of discouraging seeing as I've only been trying to lose for 3 weeks! I'm starting a new lower calorie goal this week and seeing if that helps kick it back up. Very hard to stay focused when you aren't seeing any kind of positive results.
